Bio Seasons laboratories
As a research laboratory, we develop extra-gentle formulas for our products, maintaining control over the entire production chain to ensure optimal quality. We carefully select local raw materials and incorporate a minimum of 97% natural origin ingredients into our formulas.
To ensure safety and quality, we conduct dermatological and microbiological tests in collaboration with independent laboratories and adhere to current regulations, avoiding animal testing.
We specialize in the design, manufacturing, and marketing of organic cosmetic products with Ecocert and Cosmos Organic certifications.

Launch of the partnership with major laboratories
Our organic cosmetics laboratory is partnering with renowned white-label companies to provide an exceptional range of natural products. The combination of our expertise in organic products with their know-how opens up new opportunities for personalized and environmentally friendly beauty products.
International Expansion

Establishment of the new Factory in Vichy
Our organic cosmetics company is expanding its horizons with the opening of the new factory in Vichy. This establishment reinforces our commitment to natural and sustainable products while anchoring us in the local landscape.
Acquisition of the Company by the Maxel Invest Group
This event enables the centralization of administrative, financial, commercial, and logistical services at the Riorges site, which boasts a warehouse of over 16,000 square meters. The operational service (production) remains in Vichy.
